Main Purpose of the Job (General tasks):

- Assure production quality consistency by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice systems; validating processes; documentation support; optimizing current procedures to eliminate company resources waste

- Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing internal and external audits; determining system improvements; 

- Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating customer requirements; preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; completing follow through of internal and external customer corrective action; providing 8D approach to solving problems;

- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification procedures; and monitoring inventories;

- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; document evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; updating quality assurance procedures.

- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints and solving quality issues on customer sites when necessary; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs,  manufacturing and training methods.

- Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Qualifications / Skills, identify 3 or 4 skills required for the job (managerial and technical)

2. Familiar with EN/AS 9100 and Nadcap

3. Fluent English

4. Solid welding knowledge 

5. 5 years' experience in quality management in multi-national company;
